TIMBA GOSSIP* Fresh new chismes, just picked off the grapevine Bamboleo Bass Player goes to Pupy This just in from a very reliable source in Havana: In English this says that Rafael Monzón, the spectacularly great bassist of Bamboleo has in fact left and is now with Pupy y Los Que Son Son. He replaces Osmany, Pupy's bassist who left to join a singer named Xiomara Laugart. We've heard Vannia has left Bamboleo, too, we're looking for confirmation.
